Mata Fina is defined as the "Prima Donna" of Cigar Tobacco, it is a Premium Tobacco produced in the state of Bahia in Brazil and is used for the manufacture of many Quality Cigars. Defined the "Prima Donna" for its truly remarkable aromatic characteristics, but at the same time very delicate. Mata Fina belongs to the Dark Air Cured Class. The tobaccos belonging to this class are used for the manufacture of cigars, they are cured in the air and undergo a fermentation after which the leaves obtain a decidedly dark color and very marked aromatic characteristics. The Mata Fina selected by us is a Sun-Grown-Wrapper, i.e. a wrapper tobacco grown in the sun.

These tobaccos differ from the Shade-Grown-Wrappers, precisely because growing in the sun allows these plants to produce a more pronounced aroma compared to the Shade, which are softer and more neutral. In the production of cigars, the outer leaf is defined as Wrapper, the inner layer as Binder and the filling as Filler.
